We founded Ikaan on a simple premise: organizations deserve partners who have actually done the work. Not consultants who advise from a distance.

Ikaan Consulting was founded by two practitioners with a combined 45 years of experience building compliance programs, leading IT operations, managing enterprise transformations, and delivering results inside some of the most regulated organizations in the country.

We have worked with healthcare systems, defense contractors, universities, government agencies, and technology companies. We have sat across from auditors, written the policies, built the POA&Ms, stood up the PMOs, and trained the teams that had to execute the plan after we left.

We started Ikaan because we kept seeing the same failure modes: organizations hiring vendors who knew the frameworks but had never actually run a compliance program, or bringing in process consultants who had never worked inside a regulated environment. The gap between knowing and doing was costing organizations time, money, and sometimes their contracts.
